1. Definitions

  • Website / App: Refers to the website and mobile application owned and operated by the Company.
  • Company: Spex is the legal entity owning and operating the platform.
  • User / Customer: Any person who visits, registers, or purchases from the platform.
  • Products: All electronic devices and accessories offered for sale.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website or App, creating an account, or completing any transaction, you expressly acknowledge and legally agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy of Spex without limitation or condition. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

3. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or use the service under parental supervision.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

4. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
  • Spex shall not bear any legal or financial liability for any unauthorized use of a user account, and full responsibility rests with the user.

5. Products & Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • The Company may update prices or product details at any time.
  • Product images and specifications are for illustration purposes only.

6. Orders & Payments

  • The Company offers installment payment options through authorized third-party providers, subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel orders without users’ permissions due to circumstances that may include, but are not limited to: pricing issues, stock issues, or suspected fraud even if the order has already been confirmed or paid for.
  • Payments are subject to third-party payment providers’ terms.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available within Egypt unless stated otherwise.
  • All delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not legally binding, and may vary due to logistical factors or force majeure events beyond Spex’s control.
  • The Company is not responsible for courier delays.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Digital products (such as codes, software, or subscriptions) are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
  • You can return your order within 14 days if it is in the same condition as received (Sealed package and Unopened), and 30 days if it is defective.
  • The refund method will be the same as the payment method except for cash on delivery payment method, the refund will be a bank transfer.
  • Shipping fees is non-refundable.
  • You can return your order by yourself to any of our stores or ship it to our warehouse (you will be charged for the return shipping fees).
  • In case of defective items, we will receive your items for inspection by their manufacturer to confirm whether they are eligible for return (the inspection period may vary from one manufacturer to another).
  • The refund process takes place once the returned products are received from the manufacturer in case they are defective or from the consumer if the package is sealed and unopened as received within (14) business days (the refund period may vary from one bank to another).
  • Please inspect the product upon receipt and before opening the product package to ensure that there is no discrepancies between the product specifications ordered and the product received. This is necessary for accepting the return request in case of an issue. Please note that returns will not be accepted, even if the product received is not the one ordered, if the product packaging has been opened.

9. Warranty

  • Products are covered by manufacturer or authorized distributor warranties.
  • The Company is not responsible for misuse or improper handling.

10. Intellectual Property

All content is owned or licensed by the Company and may not be reused without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Spex be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

13. Amendments

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
