Return

  • Digital products (such as codes, software, or subscriptions) are non-refundable once delivered or activated.
  • You can return your order within 14 days if it is in the same condition as received (Sealed package and Unopened), and 30 days if it is defective.
  • The refund method will be the same as the payment method except for cash on delivery payment method, the refund will be a bank transfer.
  • Shipping fees is non-refundable.
  • You can return your order by yourself to any of our stores or ship it to our warehouse (you will be charged for the return shipping fees).
  • In case of defective items, we will receive your items for inspection by their manufacturer to confirm whether they are eligible for return (the inspection period may vary from one manufacturer to another).
  • The refund process takes place once the returned products are received from the manufacturer in case they are defective or from the consumer if the package is sealed and unopened as received within (14) business days (the refund period may vary from one bank to another).
  • Please inspect the product upon receipt and before opening the product package to ensure that there is no discrepancies between the product specifications ordered and the product received. This is necessary for accepting the return request in case of an issue. Please note that returns will not be accepted, even if the product received is not the one ordered, if the product packaging has been opened.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

It's content strategy gone awry right from the start. If that's what you think how bout the other way around? How can you evaluate content without design? No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader.
